INTENSE Group Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by the European Funds entitled: “INTENSE AI: an innovative technology for operating a Low-Code BPM system using natural language, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.”
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme, Priority 1: European Funds for Research, Development and Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.1 Research and Development Projects of Enterprises, Type B – Comprehensive projects including R&D work with implementation.
The objective of the project is to achieve a competitive advantage by developing the INTENSE AI technology, enabling communication with a Low-Code BPM system using natural language. This objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive research project covering R&D tasks related to handling natural language commands that allow users to execute system functions, filter and search information, and enter structured data into the system. As part of the project, a server for implementing the R&D results will also be purchased.
The project activities have been divided into three research tasks and one development task.
The result of the project will be the Intense AI technology, designed for use in BPM-class systems to enable communication in natural language. Implemented within a Low-Code architecture, the solution will allow selected system operations to be performed using natural language instead of programming languages. The scope of natural language usage will include issuing commands and launching system functions, filtering data according to specified criteria, and completing data entries based on text formulated in natural language – entered directly via keyboard or dictated by voice. The project outcome will be targeted at current and future clients of Intense Group using the Intense BPM Platform.
