The system supports the management of key document types, including contracts, incoming and outgoing correspondence, leave requests, and purchase invoices. All documents are registered, processed through predefined workflows, and archived within a single, centralized environment.
With both web and mobile access, users can manage documentation from anywhere without the need to be physically present at the club’s headquarters. As a result, Intense has provided Wisła Kraków with complete control over document workflows, improved internal communication, and increased the overall efficiency of organizational management.
