Workshop on Creating a Calendar View for a Definable List

Development is of key importance: we constantly develop our platform, and during our training sessions we would like to ensure the platform’s administrators’ competencies grow along. We would like to invite all INTENSE system administrators and maintainers to a unique, practical workshop on configuring calendar views for lists.

The calendar view is an exceptionally useful tool that allows you to better organize your work time and supervise important events and projects. INTENSE Web Portal platform has been equipped with a new functionality that allows you to present data on lists in a calendar view: daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

A view of all planned absences, vacations, business trips, remote work in a calendar layout? Yes it is possible! A single click and the list of documents turns into an eye-pleasing calendar view. At the workshop you will learn how to effectively set up a calendar view for any list and how to use it properly to have an overview of all events of interest.

By activating the calendar view for lists, users will gain:

• greater control over work time;
• better organization of their own and their team's work;
• more efficient delegation of tasks;
• full awareness of important deadlines and events.

The training will be conducted by the designer of this solution - Consulting Director Anna Gnyla. This time it will be in the form of a practical workshop, for a small group of 6 people. Each participant will be given access to a database and will be able to create their list with a calendar view simultaneously with the presenter.
