New Training Cycle - Part 1 - Time Management in INTENSE Platform

We are happy to announce the return of our training courses in the second half of 2024! On September 10, we are starting the new training cycle, the 1st meeting of which  will introduce you to using INTENSE Time Tracking module functionality.

FOR WHOM IS THIS TRAINING?

The training is designed for administrators of INTENSE Platform and people responsible for managing the configuration of time recording and data analysis.

The course is also intended for representatives of business areas: Business Analysts, Controlling Specialists, Directors and Managers of Digital Business Transformation, and HR Specialists.

People working in IT areas are also welcome to attend the course: IT Specialists, DevOps, Low Code Developers.

The training will be a good resource for anyone involved in optimization, business process automation, and data analysis.

Working time affects the entire organization and influences the efficiency of the implemented processes and the company's agility.

BUILDING A WORKING TIME RECORDING APPLICATION

The training will show how to build a time and attendance application, available on both computers and mobile devices. Participants will learn how to use technologies such as GPS or a code reader to facilitate and automate the process of recording entries and exits from work and extend it to include location recording. This data will be automatically transferred to reports.

ADVANCED CALENDAR CONFIGURATION

Scheduling work and absences in the calendar - during the training we will provide knowledge on how to configure the calendar in the web and mobile application, and how to create a calendar view for documents. We will show examples of how to use the calendar for scheduling tasks, booking resources, rooms or company cars, presentation of absences, business trips, and remote working.

WORKING TIME REPORTING AND CONTROLLING

Working time analysis - reports and controlling models - during the training we will teach you how to use the collected data to create reports: reporting based on time registration (RCP) in a multidimensional system and verification of the plan against execution. We will also show you a tool for creating controlling models that include the working time divider in reports presenting the result on, for example, a project, order, or client.
