Trainings' comeback at INTENSE Group

We have created a training plan for the upcoming semester. Discover what's in store for you this September.

ONLINE TRAININGS IN SEPTEMBER

We invite you to 3 remote training courses planned for September and October. The presenters are experienced specialists working with INTENSE for many years. After the training in INTENSE Customer Portal, we provide materials and certificates. We encourage active participation, the presenters are ready for any consultation.

Each training will show the capabilities of the latest version of INTENSE Platform 2024.2. Usage examples will be presented in 3 interfaces: desktop, web, and mobile.

TIME MANAGEMENT IN INTENSE PLATFORM

The training has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Optimal use of time is the key to increasing the efficiency of our operations.

INTENSE Platform is a tool that enables: RCP time recording and posting, scheduling tasks and working with documents using a calendar, and analyzing time-related data in the context of estimating the result on a project, order, or client.

All these elements will be the subject of the training course entitled: Time Management in INTENSE Platform, or How to Use INTENSE Time Tracking Module in Practice.

OPTIMIZATION AND AUTOMATION OF WAREHOUSE PROCESSES

On Thursday, September 26, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, we will present the ins and outs of INTENSE Warehouse Manager Module. The training is designed to show how a warehouse and all related processes are managed in INTENSE Platform. What to do to make the handling of receipts and releases, inter-warehouse transfers, and inventories simply and efficiently recorded? Start using INTENSE Platform in this area and merge these elements with RPA automation and the circulation of other BPM documents.

Application of such tools as a code scanner, GPS, and mobile app significantly increases work comfort.

Therefore, we invite you to participate in the training: Optimization and automation of warehouse processes in INTENSE Platform, i.e. Practical Use of INTENSE Warehouse Manager Module.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUDGETING

We can confidently say that our system in the areas of project management, budgeting, and scheduling is second to none. A variety of tools, functions, and actions are available for use. How to use the potential offered by INTENSE Project and Budget Manager modules, we will be presenting during a two-day training course, right at the beginning of October. It is worth booking the dates of 3.10.2024 and 4.10.2024 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, which is a total of 8h solid dose of knowledge on project management, task scheduling with Gantt chart, financial planning of costs and revenues over time, thanks to INTENSE Platform feature - timeline on budgets.
