The INTENSE Project Management (IPM) module now offers new features for budgeting and financial planning:

• Timelines for budgeting on the web - plan monthly forecasts for costs, revenues, work hours, or resource quantities.
• Excel integration - quickly populate timelines with data from Excel files.Two-way integration includes both import and export functions.
• Standard buttons for these actions are available directly in the budgeting interface.*

INTENSE OCR: ADVANCED DOCUMENT AND ITEM RECOGNITION

In version 2024.3, INTENSE OCR introduces a new feature – the ability to read advanced tables in documents such as invoices, orders, or protocols. The platform can now handle more complex structures, including item tables, which may contain additional attributes such as components or materials. This functionality allows precise data replication onto electronic forms.

Additionally, users can configure OCR to read only the first page of a document, enabling better resource management and focusing on pages that contain key information.

NEW FEATURE: SAVE AND STAY

The new “Save and Stay” option in version 2024.3 simplifies working on complex documents, projects, or budgets. Now you can:

• Save your progress without leaving the current document.
• Continue filling out forms or spreadsheets without returning to the list view.
• Protect your work from potential data loss, such as network interruptions.

The "Save and Stay" button is conveniently located next to the standard "Save" option, providing a simple yet effective way to improve daily workflows.

RETRIEVING EMAILS FROM SPECIFIC FOLDERS

INTENSE Platform now goes beyond reading email accounts and turning messages into documents in the workflow. Now it can also handle emails from specific folders.
With support for various email protocols, version 2024.3 introduces a new feature in EWS protocol support: the ability to retrieve messages from specified directories. This added flexibility allows for more tailored email handling configurations.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE – INTEGRATION WITH SIGILLUM

INTENSE Platform supports electronic document signing with qualified signatures. The Sign Document option is directly available on attachments. Integration includes various providers such as KIR, Certum, and Eurocert. Starting with version 2024.3, it also supports Sigillum, available for both desktop and web applications (including Chrome on MacOS).

Sigillum is a qualified electronic signature compliant with EU eIDAS regulations, making it equivalent to a handwritten signature for document authentication.
