
What’s New in Version 2025.1 of INTENSE Platform
We are pleased to present the latest features and improvements available in version 2025.1 of INTENSE Platform.
This latest update responds to the needs of our users and the changing legal and technological environment. The new module, enhanced integrations, and functional upgrades will enable even more effective management of business processes, maintain system performance, and streamline everyday work in companies using INTENSE Platform.
INTENSE ADD-ON E-DELIVERIES FULLY COMPLIANT WITH CURRENT REQUIREMENTS
In version 2025.1, the INTENSE Add-on for e-Doręczenia (e-Deliveries) has been adapted to the current legal framework and up-to-date guidelines from government institutions, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the e-Doręczenia system.
SECURE CENTRAL COMMUNICATION WITH THE E-DORĘCZENIA SERVICE
We’ve also ensured that communication runs smoothly and securely. A single certificate, centrally stored on the server, serves as the authorization element, meaning that individual staff handling documents do not need separate authorization tools.
All permissions are based on roles and objects defined within the INTENSE Platform, ensuring consistency with other processes and the overall organizational structure.
UNLIMITED LETTER ARCHIVE, ACCESS NEVER EXPIRES
Letters from e-Deliveries are integrated with the company’s electronic document workflow. All documentation is securely stored in the system, can be tagged with any attributes, and remains in the document archive permanently.
FREE DOWNLOADING AND SENDING OF OFFICIAL LETTERS VIA THE PUBLIC E-DELIVERIES SERVICE
The INTENSE Add-on is a plugin that integrates with e-Doręczenia. Through the e-Doręczenia mailbox integrated into INTENSE Platform, companies can correspond free of charge with most public institutions, such as: courts, bailiffs, notaries, legal advisors and attorneys, municipalities and other local government units, ZUS, the Tax Office, Ministries, and central offices.
This electronic correspondence replaces traditional registered letters.
INTENSE MT MODULE – MANAGE DATABASES WITH A DEDICATED PANEL
With the release of version 2025.1 of INTENSE Platform, we are introducing the long-awaited INTENSE MT (Maintenance Tools) module — a comprehensive tool designed for administrators who need full control over the state and performance of their installation. It’s the first such cohesive solution that combines all key administrative functions in one clear panel.
Thanks to INTENSE MT, database management becomes not only simpler but also much more efficient. The module enables:
• Archiving binary data — efficient management of large files such as attachments, report images, or emails, with the ability to move and organize them.
• Database health optimization — built-in tools allow index rebuilding, reorganization, and free space recovery, leading to better system performance.
• System log management — administrators gain full control over logs both in the database and in service files, making monitoring and troubleshooting easier.
This new module answers the needs of practitioners who have been expecting an integrated, easy-to-use, yet powerful tool. Thanks to IMT, daily work with the Platform becomes more predictable and less time-consuming, while optimization tasks can be easily automated.
At the INTENSE Inspiracje 2025 conference, participants will be able to see this module in action and learn how to best leverage the new features to optimize their infrastructure.
DX PRINTS TO SELECTED FORMATS - FREEDOM IN CREATING PRINTS
From version 2025.1 onwards, it is possible to save DX prints to a wide range of formats, including: .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .jpg, .csv, .txt.
This allows the creation of document prints from INTENSE Platform content both for editable use in Microsoft Office programs and read-only purposes.
WEB BUDGET SYNCHRONIZATION WITH MICROSOFT EXCEL
Starting with version 2025.1 of INTENSE Platform in the web version, users can now export and import budgets (hierarchical elements) to/from Microsoft Excel.
System administrators can prepare synchronization definitions for users, specifying the rules — which budget columns can be exported to a file and which can be imported. This new feature improves working with budgets, especially useful for budgets with thousands of items. Through Excel export-import, users can: add new nodes/items, update them, or create allocation items.
The system ensures compliance with all budget work conditions, such as tree structure correctness (node/item numbering), field validation, user permissions for changes on hierarchical elements, and data consistency between the file and the system.
DEFINABLE LISTS OF ELEMENTS AND ITEMS
The new version of INTENSE Platform enables the creation of definable lists for items or elements added to documents. This allows users to view a consolidated dataset from various documents in one place, e.g., items from all orders in the system or travel routes recorded across multiple business trip documents.
These lists can serve not only reporting functions (viewing, grouping) but also allow direct editing of the document containing the specific element/item or serve as a place for batch actions, e.g., generating a collective order for selected items from multiple internal demand documents.
INTEGRATION WITH COMARCH ERP – WAREHOUSE AND SALES DOCUMENTS
In version 2025.1 of INTENSE Platform, we introduce numerous changes and new capabilities in integration with the Comarch ERP XL system.
1. We added the ability to add and remove items on existing documents. In the XLAPI configuration, a new Add/Remove Items option has appeared, allowing users to add or remove items and sub-items in WZ, RW, PW, and MMW warehouse documents in ERP XL, integrated with INTENSE Platform.
2. We enabled adding items to different warehouses in WZ, WZE, RW, and MMW documents. In the warehouse document configuration, we added a Warehouse on Items section, allowing users to specify different warehouses for document items or define the specific delivery from which to source goods.
3. We introduced the possibility to link WZ, PZ, PZI, WZE, PW, and RW documents with orders. We added fields in these document configurations that allow mapping document items directly with corresponding orders.
4. We added the function of sending import invoices (FAI) to the XL system and linking them with external import receipt documents (PZI). A new form and fields appeared in the configuration, enabling users to specify linked PZI documents. This way, FAI documents gain visible linkage history with PZI.
5. We extended the integration to allow sending import invoice corrections (FKI) and external issue corrections (WZK) to ERP XL. We provided new forms in the configuration to fully set up these integration processes.
6. We added a new document type to XLAPI: Collective Correction of Export Invoice (KFE). In the integration configuration, an option appeared to select this document along with a mapping form.
7. We updated the XLAPI version to 24.1. As of version 2025.1, INTENSE Platform supports integration with Comarch ERP XL based on XLAPI version 2024.1.
