INTENSE Inspirations 2025 – Technology That Supports Business

On May 16, 2025, the fifth edition of the INTENSE Inspirations conference took place in Kraków - an event that bridges the world of IT and business. Organized by INTENSE Group at the modern Małopolska Science Center Cogiteon, the event attracted over 180 participants from 60 companies across Poland. This demonstrates the growing demand for modern, flexible IT solutions - especially those based on low-code platforms.

CONTENT AND INNOVATION

This year’s agenda was rich with presentations showing the real impact of INTENSE Platform on companies' digital transformation. Participants had the opportunity to learn about:

•     The new INTENSE Maintenance Tool module for data management and database optimization,
•     Features related to process automation, RPA, and integration with external systems (e.g., e-payments, KSeF, e-Delivery),
•     A new, more intuitive user interface,
•     Tools supporting compliance, ESG, and reporting,
•     And the future direction of AI development within the platform.

The presentations by INTENSE Group experts were complemented by clients' case studies - ON Lemon, Mostostal Warszawa SA, and CCC Tech - who shared their implementation stories and daily experiences using the platform.

INTENSE Inspirations is not only about knowledge - it's also about people and relationships. The conference provided a great opportunity for networking, experience sharing, and discussions about real digital transformation challenges across various industries - from manufacturing and construction to retail and finance.

A highlight of the event was the Digital Pioneer Awards ceremony - prestigious honors given to companies that consistently and innovatively develop their business processes using INTENSE Platform. This year’s awardees were:
