DEMAND FOR A PROCESS AUTOMATION TOOL

In 2019, Polfarmex S.A. decided to implement a tool to automate selected administrative processes and improve document management.  We, INTENSE Group, were chosen as the technology partner for this project. Polfarmex's requirements were high and very specific, but we managed to meet them.

INTENSE PLATFORM A KEY TOOL

At Polfarmex, INTENSE Platform has become the key tool for managing workflow, including incoming and outgoing correspondence, contract-related processes, Helpdesk requests, project management, and work scheduling. The tool also offers access to a Gantt chart that visualizes the planning and execution of individual tasks.

INTENSE Platform is software being constantly developed, and tailored  to the changing needs of users. Thanks to the implementation of our system, the majority of Polfarmex employees use it daily, which has significantly streamlined their business processes, improved information flow (including integration with external systems such as SAP), and optimized project management. Our solution has become an indispensable part of Polfarmex's operation and a product that the company openly recommends to other companies in its reference letter.
