In 2021, INTENSE Group conducted a pre-implementation analysis and then deployed a system that now includes:

• correspondence management,
• purchasing and sales processes,
• integration with external data sources via an integration bus,
• report and analysis generation for commercial departments,
• process automation and an alert system preventing errors and delays.

The implementation simplified and accelerated many processes, resulting in increased operational efficiency.
