INTENSE in the cultural and entertainment industry

Soon, INTENSE Platform will be used by the employees of one of the largest cultural and entertainment institutions in the Lublin region.

The purpose of implementation is to introduce a solution that will improve the management of the process of cost invoice circulation. The implemented solutions will provide our recipient with the possibility to record documents electronically and to automatically read the content of attachments (invoice scans). Moreover, thanks to the extended system of alerts and messages, all processes associated with the circulation of documents will be automated and structured.
