INTENSE Group at GigaCon conference

On 20 June we had another opportunity to present the application of INTENSE Platform in practice to a wider audience. The organizers of the GigaCon conference provided us with this opportunity.

The Warsaw conference concerned project management as well as outsourcing in the IT industry. This subject and event program planned by the organizers turned out to be attractive enough to attract more than 100 participants to the Courtyard Hotel, who had the opportunity to listen to a number of lectures part of the event’s main subject.

One of the lectures was led by the Sales and Consulting Director of INTENSE Group. The lecture concerned the optimization of project management, including workflow, cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting as well as extended controlling. The lecturer used examples to present, among others, project controlling using the EVA method, calculation of working time, registration and controlling description of design invoices, as well as specimen documentation of the project. The lecture was conducted, as always, on a “living organism”, i.e. INTENSE Platform.

Before and after the lecture we were at the disposal of the participants. The event provided an opportunity for many inspiring discussions, which concerned project management as well as many other applications of INTENSE Platform.
