Our system also supports the purchasing and complaint process. The company also benefits from integration with the popular SAP ERP enterprise management support system.

ONGOING SUPPORT, UPDATES + INDEPENDENT PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

The company has already decided to make further improvements and modifications in the area of using our system, relying on the ongoing support of our experienced consultants from the Technical Assistance team. This was the case with the implementation of the delegation process, including the order of a business trip along with its settlement and generation of cost documents. The system itself was also often developed independently on the client side. The care for the full use of new options is also reflected in frequent conversions of INTENSE Platform to new versions.
