INTENSE Group Integration Trip - Arłamów 2022

As each year, the September trip of the INTENSE Group team was full of attractions. It was full of attractions, laugh, and joy.

The slightly rainy weather did not spoil our good mood on Friday morning, when we gathered near the company’s offices to set off for another journey together. The destination of the 16th INTENSE Group Integration Trip was the well-known Arłamów Hotel!

During the bus trip we split into four groups. The red, orange, green, and blue team competed in the knowledge quiz about the Bieszczady region and other games that made our journey even more enjoyable. After having arrived in the beautiful surroundings of Ustrzyki Dolne and checked in at the (impressive) Arłamów Hotel, we went to the nearby forests to continue our games, this time in the integration field game.

We began by a question “what is team competition without mutual trust?”. This aspect was taken care of by our experienced animator from the Open Mind Team, who, in accordance with the principle "one for all, all for one!", checked our courage with a short confidence test - fortunately everyone passed ;).

Then each team received a map with marked points that had to be found, while solving (as it turned out, not so simple :D) tasks. Fortunately, all forest "commandos" went safely through the field struggles.

Those who still wanted to fight took part in a game of golf. The competition in precise target hitting and at a distance exposed both our skills shortcomings as well as extraordinary commitment and previously unknown layers of creativity. Well, it's all about having fun, and time for perfection will come when we retire!

The participants, tired after all the games, were then treated with a hot meal and cold beer served in a wooden shelter located by the hotel, in spacious hotel surroundings. After the meal we could enjoy our time and choose from an extremely rich list of attractions that the Arłamów Hotel offers to its customers. We could jump into an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a picturesque jacuzzi with a view of the Bieszczady peaks or a sauna complex. Indoor recreation enthusiasts had the opportunity to check the offer of several bars serving a full range of drinks which put many of us in the right mood before the evening integration fun.

Before we started the night party, planned in the 80s and 90s dress code, we had gathered for a dinner already dressed in flashy period costumes. After the meal we were handed our prizes for previous games and activities, which was followed by riddles about film music from the 80s, learning Zorba’s dance and discovering secrets of Limbo.

What happened next? …

After that, the era of denim, nylon, flashy colors and red lipstick reigned on the dance floor! We moved back in time to feel the atmosphere straight from Madonna's videos. The music and outfits from the 80s and 90s turned out to be a bull's eye, and the cheerful team-building event continued for many hours!

TThe next day, after breakfast, necessary hydration and strong coffee, we continued enjoying attractions offered by the hotel. The morning spent on the mini golf, climbing wall, tennis, billiards, and ping pong ended with lunch, after which we went back to Krakow.

Undoubtedly, it was a trip full of positive energy, many attractions and great vibe that we will remember for a long time. Once again, the organizers made every effort to fill the two days with the maximum amount of excitement and fun. A year ago, we mentioned that we were looking forward to the next integration trip - and as it turned out, it was definitely worth waiting!

Traditionally, in order to build the right tension and make the waiting time for the next integration more pleasant, we ask the organizers a question: what will you come up with for the next year ...? ;)
