FixIT S.A. is a service company, specialized in providing services relating to IT products as well as consumer electronics.

Within the framework of deploying INTENSE Platform in the years 2016-2017, the system for supporting the basic activities of the company, i.e. service requests, was launched:

• Circulation of work and documentation
• Integration with carrier and postal companies
• Operation in multi-language environment, in several countries of Central Europe
• Integration with websites
• Exchange of data using INTENSE EBS (Data bus)
