The company's development required the implementation of a BPM (Business Process Management) class workflow system and its integration with the ERP system. INTENSE WorkFlow system was chosen as an element of the integrated INTENSE Platform.

The main goals of the implementation:

• optimization (improvement of ergonomics) of work at individual positions of the company;
• archiving of documents in electronic form;
• improving the search for documents;
• improvement of data entry into the financial and accounting system;
• improving the flow of information by transferring information from paper to electronic form.
