"PKP CARGO SA is the largest rail freight operator in Poland and the second largest in the European Union. Due to the intensive development and the need to improve communication with customers in Poland and abroad, PKP CARGO SA decided to implement a system for submitting freight complaints via the Internet. PKP CARGO SA decided to use the offer of INTENSE Group sp. z o.o., an experienced company in this field, which specializes in providing software for work and document management.

The entire project included pre-implementation analysis, implementation and configuration of the system along with the stabilization phase. The project was carried out according to the schedule and all works were carried out properly, in line with the client's expectations.
