INTENSE Platform 2023.3 - What's New?

For Santa Claus Day, we are delivering a new version of INTENSE Platform 2023.3. It includes:work scheduling tools in the INTENSE Mobile App, support for warehouse processes in the web and mobile app, add-on for electronic signing of documents with an so-called "stylus", and news in support for synchronization with KSeF.

1. CALENDAR IN THE MOBILE VERSION

2. SUPPORT OF WAREHOUSE PROCESSES IN WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION

In INTENSE Platform, we can support a vast spectrum of warehouse operations: receipts, releases, transfers, material reclassifications, inventories, and rentals.

The application supports operations related to handling both large high-storage warehouses and smaller tool-room-type warehouses. In the previous version, we introduced the classification of products by characteristics and warehouse lots. This allows for detailed records of goods in stock against, for example, specific product serial numbers, production lot numbers, expiration dates, holding conditions, etc.

In version 2023.3, we have added mobile tools. Receipt of goods can be done using a phone with INTENSE Mobile App. Goods inventory can be completed rapidly using a barcode and/or QR code reader.

 If viewing inventory, a code reader can also be used to search for a specific commodity. In the web app and mobile app, you can perform all warehouse operations from goods receipt, inventory recording, inventory review, transfer between warehouses, and releases, as well as analyze reports related to warehouse turnover.

3. LAYOUTS 2023.3 - MY LIST VIEW IN THE WEB APPLICATION

Views in INTENSE Platform are a highly useful feature. Managing work with data becomes more convenient when we can focus on relevant information, organized according to our preferences. Now, using views is even more accessible, as a handy layout menu has been placed just above the document list. This way you can not only see which view is currently selected, but also manage them.

4. STYLUS SIGNATURE

Where we need a quick personal document confirmation, the stylus signature option available from version 2023.3 will prove invaluable. Such a signature is not only just a method of confirming that a document has been accepted, but by leaving a tangible graphic footprint with accompanying information, it can be used to sign important documents such as minutes, statements, delegations, applications. attendance lists and many others.

You can sign documents with INTENSE Add-on DigiSign in a mobile application on smartphones, tablets, iPhones and iPads, as well as in a web version (signature drawn with the mouse cursor).

5. THUMBNAIL IMAGES IN THE TABLE OF ELEMENTS

Another addition to INTENSE is tables with images.  Table rows on a document can now show thumbnail images. Visual identification of products speeds up work, saves time and relieves our eyesight. This feature will transform our work wherever we use lists of items. The tables with icons are available in the web and mobile applications.
