Mobile applications privacy policy

  1. This document describes the privacy policy of the ‘INTENSE Mobile’ mobile applications developed by INTENSE Group Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Opolska 100, 31-323 Kraków, registered in the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000310160, NIP: 945-211-00-74, email address: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the “Producer”).
  2. An encrypted unique application identifier is stored on the mobile device. This identifier is created during the application registration process on the Producer’s side and is used for receiving notifications on the mobile device. The identifier remains stored on the device until the mobile application is removed.
  3. Communication between the mobile application and the Producer’s systems is secured using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and additional encryption mechanisms.
  4. The ‘INTENSE Mobile’ application may request access to the following permissions on the mobile device:

4.1. Camera access – for scanning QR codes and adding photos as attachments to object forms.

4.2. Storage access – for saving downloaded attachments (files) from the application when using the option to download attachments from object forms to the mobile device.

Depending on the mobile operating system, application permissions may be revoked through system settings on the device or by uninstalling the application.

  1. The ‘INTENSE Mobile’ application does not store any personal data that could enable third parties to identify a specific user of the application. It does not store authentication credentials for accessing the service or customer data available after logging in. Anonymous data related to user activity within the mobile applications may be processed by the Producer for statistical purposes.
  2. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not install the application or uninstall it.
  3. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy by publishing an updated version on the website.
