Privacy Policy of Intense Group Services
§ 1.1 Identity of the Data Controller

- Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
§ 1.2 Definitions
- The following definitions are used in this Privacy Policy:
- Service – websites within the intense.pl domain through which the User may browse blog content, contact the data controller using the contact form, and subscribe to newsletters and marketing information.
- Data Controller – the entity deciding on the purposes and means of processing personal data, meaning INTENSE Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Opolska 100, 31-323 Kraków.
- User – a natural person whose personal data is processed and who uses the services available within the Service.
- Personal Data – any information that can identify a natural person without excessive time or cost, including identification, address, and contact data.
§ 1.3 Purposes of Data Processing
- The Data Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
- performance of a service or agreement to which the data subject is a party, or taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into an agreement,
- documenting sales or services provided, including issuing invoices or receipts,
- responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form or through contact details available on the website,
- direct marketing of the Data Controller’s own products and services through traditional communication channels,
- sending newsletters and commercial or marketing information to the email address provided by the User during newsletter subscription, based on the User’s consent,
- organizing events and providing organizational information related to training sessions and/or conferences,
- pursuing legal claims by the Data Controller or the data subject.
- Providing the required data is necessary for order fulfillment, issuing sales documents, organizing events, pursuing claims, and responding to inquiries.
- Providing additional data is voluntary.
- Failure to provide the required data may prevent the provision of services, including order fulfillment, communication, and newsletter delivery.
§ 1.4 Methods of Collecting Data
- Users’ personal data is collected directly from the data subjects through:
- completing a contact form while submitting an inquiry through the website,
- completing a newsletter subscription form (newsletter subscriptions are available at: https://portal.intense.pl/IntenseWeb/#/training/newsletter),
- completing an event registration form,
- providing data necessary for preparing and concluding agreements,
- direct contact with the Data Controller using contact details available on the website or through traditional communication channels.
§ 1.5 Scope of Data Processing
- The scope of processed personal data is limited to the minimum necessary for providing services, including:
- inquiries submitted through the contact form or contact details available on the website: email address, phone number, full name, company name, and any additional data voluntarily provided by the data subject,
- newsletter subscriptions: full name and email address,
- event registrations: full name, email address, company VAT number,
- issuing invoices or receipts: full name or company name, registered address, VAT number,
- preparing and concluding agreements: company name, address, VAT number, etc.,
- exercising rights arising from granted warranties.
§ 1.6 Data Retention Period
- Personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, including:
- for the duration of the agreement,
- for the period necessary to document the completed agreement or service, including issuing invoices or receipts – data is retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired,
- for the period necessary to respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form or by phone,
- until consent is withdrawn, if data processing is based on consent,
- newsletter consent may be withdrawn by entering the email address at: https://portal.intense.pl/IntenseWeb/#/training/unsubscribe,
- until the expiration of all warranty-related claims.
§ 1.7 Data Recipients
- Users’ personal data may be entrusted to third parties for the purpose of providing services on behalf of the Data Controller, particularly entities responsible for:
- website hosting,
- maintenance and servicing of IT systems in which data is processed, including newsletter automation, invoicing, order processing, etc.,
- accounting services,
- office administration services,
- advertising and marketing services (advertising agencies).
- Users’ personal data may also be shared with entities supporting the Data Controller, including courier services, postal operators, and online payment service providers.
§ 1.8 Rights of Data Subjects
- Data subjects have the right to:
- access and rectify their personal data,
- request deletion of data, unless other legal regulations require the Data Controller to retain the data for a specified period,
- data portability, if the legal basis for processing is a contract or consent and processing is carried out by automated means,
- object to processing for direct marketing purposes carried out under the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and request restriction of processing,
- not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, if such decisions produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the data subject,
- obtain information regarding data processing, including the identity of the Data Controller, purposes, scope, methods of processing, data content, data sources, and recipients or categories of recipients,
- withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if the data subject believes that data processing violates applicable legal regulations,
- contact the Data Controller to exercise their rights related to access, rectification, control, and other rights regarding personal data.
§ 1.9 Final Provisions
In the event of changes to the Privacy Policy, the relevant modifications will be introduced into this document and will become effective upon publication on the Service website.
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, particularly where required by technical changes, legal changes regarding privacy protection, or other significant modifications affecting the information provided to Users.
