As part of the partnership between Holding 1 Group and Intense Group, one of the largest commercial Business Intelligence (BI) projects in Poland was successfully delivered. The project resulted in the implementation of a Central Data Warehouse integrating data from all companies within the Group, consolidating information from several hundred different data sources. The scope of the project included:
- Design and population of a multi-source Central Data Warehouse
- Integration of data collected from multiple business systems
- Integration with external operational systems
- Advanced data access rights and security management
- Implementation of advanced reporting solutions with automated notifications, alerts, and scheduled distribution of selected reports and analyses
- Development of dedicated Executive Dashboards
The BI solution built on the Intense platform was subsequently extended with Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities supporting document and workflow automation (Intense Workflow), including:
- Multi-company document workflow and electronic document archiving
- Automated accounts payable invoice processing
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Analytical accounting allocation
- Payment processing
- Integration with email systems
The scope of cooperation continues to expand, covering both new implementation areas and additional services, including Intense Group Technical Support. Subsequent projects have included:
- Asset Management
- Real Estate Development Project Management and Office Space Leasing Management
