Construction companies manage a complex network of entities, projects and processes that need to work together efficiently. Scandiq addressed this challenge by implementing the Intense platform as its central tool for managing processes across the organisation.
How the Implementation Was Carried Out
The starting point was a thorough analysis of the client’s needs. The Intense team identified the requirements and functionalities that best matched the group’s structure and day-to-day operations.
A clearly defined objective – creating a coherent, multi-company environment to support key processes – guided every subsequent stage of the work. Intense experts ensured the precise design of the structures and the scope of activities available within the platform. As a result, the client knew from the outset which functions would be available to users, which scope was relevant to them, and in which direction the environment could develop in future.
Work automation was an equally important priority. Reducing manual data entry through integrations, together with the smooth flow of information between systems already in use at the company, freed operational teams from repetitive tasks.
“We wholeheartedly recommend Intense Group Sp. z o.o. as a competent implementation partner and provider of a modern platform for the digitisation of business processes, with particular regard to dedicated solutions for the construction industry.”
Which Functionalities Were Implemented
As part of the implementation, Scandiq introduced the following functionalities:
- construction project and information structure management,
- approval workflows for cost invoices and payment orders,
- electronic document workflow,
- management of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and investors,
- an approval process for cost invoices and payment orders,
- integration with KSeF for importing and issuing e-invoices,
- integration with the Comarch ERP Optima system,
- integration with the Saldeo Smart OCR engine supporting the registration of cost invoices,
- generation of payment files for supported banks.
The Intense platform brought multiple business applications together in a single environment. Thanks to its flexible architecture, it integrates seamlessly with systems already in use at the company, without requiring them to be replaced.
“The flexibility of the Intense platform deserves particular recognition.”
Flexibility That Adapts to the Organisation
What set the Intense platform apart from the other solutions considered by Scandiq was its flexibility. Once implemented, the scope of the platform can be expanded in-house, without the need to modify the underlying code. The system administrator can independently change process flows and add new documents, definitions and configurations in response to legal changes or organisational needs.
Thanks to this architecture, the Intense platform does not impose a particular way of working or a rigid process flow on the end user. All project and decision-making pathways can be freely adapted to the organisation and its existing workflow.
“Now that the implementation is complete, we are confident that we are in good hands, and the system we have just deployed is a comprehensive tool that streamlines our day-to-day work.”
Summary
The experience and commitment of the Intense Group team delivered a result that exceeded the client’s expectations. The best confirmation of the quality of this collaboration is the testimonial received from the Scandiq.
